“Clinical Measurements” is an often ambiguous term which may be associated with device fitting, records keeping or research programs.
This symposium w ill look at what the Australian and International standards suggest should be measured and how it should be measured.

This will be considered in the environment of clinical application to determine the meaning of these measurements and how they will help the practice and new technology that assists with measuring and the future directions that it is driving future clinical practice.

Actual Standards definitions will be covered, technology will be displayed and measurements will be conducted with the assistance of clients.

This one day Forum presented by the National Committee on Rehabilitation Engineering is a follow-up to the previous Symposia held around Australia, however it is a stand alone subject and does not require any previous attendence. It will be lead by members of the NCRE, but input from participants is expected. Flyer download to come!
